This is what impact looks like.

A generous donor has made something genuinely radical possible — five fully funded places on our 60-hour live London course, offered to individuals with the capacity to reach over a hundred young people each. Three of them are already working in therapeutic settings. Crucially, this course brings together leading practitioners, including a specialist paediatric physiotherapist from Sheffield Children’s NHS Foundation Trust, ensuring the work is grounded in real clinical practice. This is not abstract impact; this is direct, immediate, and multiplying.

We are facing an unacceptable rise in youth mental health challenges. Not a distant issue, but one unfolding in our schools, homes, and services every day. And yet, what we are building is different. Ground-up, body-based, interoceptive. A way of working that does not default to lifelong reliance on medication, but instead equips young people with a toolkit for life — regulating, empowering, and future-proofing their capacity for relationships, work, and wellbeing.

The ripple effect is already visible. Young people do not keep these tools to themselves — they bring them into their families, their friendships, their classrooms. Southampton evidence shows that after just six sessions, this sharing is already happening. Change does not stay contained; it spreads.

This is where your support goes. Not into theory, but into real people, reaching real communities, now.

We believe this is our responsibility. Not to stand by as this crisis deepens, but to meet it with moral ambition, with practical tools, and with hope that is grounded in action.
