Our course in Manchester will be held at Yogacampus Manchester. A fully accredited course with mornings of theoretical learning, including Psychology, Neuroscience, Anatomy and Physiology, Applied Chakra theory, Child Protection and Safeguarding of children and Marketing and afternoons are spent experiencing different kinds of classes and in group discussion. There will be group work as well as some therapeutic work, helping you to understand the teaching process more clearly. Moreover, we will look at how best to manage this group using yoga techniques to control behaviour. Max 30 people.
Teen Yoga Founder and Director, Charlotta Martinus will be teaching the course.
The course runs 9.30am-5pm each day

You will need to bring a notepad and pen, cushion to sit on, yoga mat and a blanket. There will be snacks provided but you will need to bring/buy your own lunch.
